  1. I look quite good and manage my weight well .. yet I am a fan of this Primal diet stuff .. thanks to Mark Sisson ,

    One week every month, I go on Paleo diet .. enjoy that period of the month .. after that I have other plans for myself .. and you??

    • Hi Raven, good on you for starting the Paleo diet! I’m sure you feel a lot better during those weeks that you are following it. In his book The Primal Blueprint, Mark Sisson recommends an 80/20 rule. That is, if you follow the Primal (Paleo) diet for at least 80% of the time, you’ll get fantastic health benefits out of it. I would recommend slowly increasing the amount of whole foods you eat, and see the difference it makes.
