    Nice site with great theme… I was wondering if meat can actually help you with weight-loss. Does this CaveMan Diet help when you can’t have physical activity also? or must physical activity and diet go hand in hand??

    • Hi Abhishek, just cutting our grains and sugars (processed foods) will make you lose weight. In fact, the fat will just melt off you! Exercise is of course very healthy to do too, but it’s actually your diet that accounts for 75% of your body composition. And it’s grains and sugar that actually cause weight gain, due to the insulin response it causes. For further information on how this works, I can highly recommend The Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson.
